This article link was on the front page of WordPress today. I naively yet honestly thought it was sarcasm directed at whatever issue it wanted to talk about. But NO, my assumedly also naive and forward thinking readers, this author was deadly serious about their writing.
It’s not the dropping age rate of sexual knowledge or the rampant talk about sexual things in the media that causes twelve to fourteen year olds to want to particpate in sex… ! It’s adults being logical and giving them another option aside from abstinence! Oh, for shame.
So, for refreshment. Here’s this.
Next, you’ll be hearing sex as drug-replacement therapy for those poor kids with sad issues.

Really? Heathen? So harsh, you God-fearing people be damned person you! Yes, that’s what we need in the world, less education about sex and consequences and more criticsm of our children and their bodies.

This makes me want to bring out my sexual education books and quote statistics. But wait.. I didn’t learn anything about sexual statistics until college, and isn’t college generally known to be liberal.. and wait.. isn’t liberal bad? OH! But never fear, your candidate went to college too and ‘are very smartlike.’
So maybe the real lesson here is education’s just bad for the righteously moral soul. Like meat on a Friday.
